What

Charity providing support to people in the community living with cancer at any point along their journey. It offers direct peer-to-peer voluntary support, monthly group meet-ups, an online chat facility and an information signposting hub. Who

Anyone affected by cancer including their loved ones and carers can access the service. Access to the service can be made by referral via GP or other health professionals, family members or by making a self-referral
