What

Education programme that provides support to people living with life-limiting cancer and their loved ones and carers. Held twice a year in person over four weeks, or online over seven weeks, it aims to provide helpful content for managing fatigue symptoms, financial affairs, mindfulness, diet and nutrition, faith and spirituality, keeping active and more. Harrogate District hospital — in person course for Harrogate and District residents is held in the Ripley Room at the Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan Centre. Online course is via Microsoft Teams, weekly 90 minute sessions

Who

People with life-limiting cancer in Harrogate, Calderdale, Huddersfield or Leeds including their loved ones and carers. Book in person at the Information Centre or call 01423 557 317
