Thrive London – therapeutic gardening programmes

What

Charity which uses gardening to support people of all ages living with disabilities and/or health conditions. It runs various groups including general sessions for disabled adults, carers groups and a group for women living with anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions. Its Life Changers group is aimed at those living with a life changing condition, including cancer, and this meets on Mondays, 10am to 3pm. See website and/or contact for more information.

People of all ages living with disabilities or health conditions including unpaid carers. People living in London are referred by a GP or suitable health or social care professional or can refer themselves.
