Hospice supporting adults and children living with life-limiting conditions and their loved ones and carers. It offers specialist palliative and end of life care for people in their homes and on its inpatient unit. Services include pain/symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapies, a lymphoedema clinic, spiritual care and bereavement counselling.
