Tynedale Hospice At Home

What

Hospice service for people living with life-limiting conditions. It offers palliative and end of life nursing care in people's homes, as well as a door-to-door hospital transport service to help people attend medical appointments. Care is free and available to adults (18 years and over). Its bereavement service is for children and adults, who don't have to have used another of the hospice's services.
