Exercise rehabilitation programme for people living with cancer. It offers 12-weeks of group exercise to help overcome the side effects of cancer treatment. Sessions aim to create friendship groups, so participants keep going beyond the three months. Discounted club membership is offered upon completion of the programme. Who

Hertfordshire residents, over the age of 18, who have received a cancer diagnosis in the past 5 years. Referrals are accepted by telephone, email and post from individuals and health care professionals, referral forms and phone numbers are on the website
