What

Independent charity providing specialist care for adults in Dorset with a life limiting condition who are expected to be in their last twelve months of life, and support for their loved ones. Support is provided in the community by local Specialist Hospice at Home hubs and an Inpatient Unit in Dorchester, from specialist nurses and doctors, counsellors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, complementary therapists, and others.
