What

Support service for people affected by cancer and other long-term conditions, including their loved ones and carers. It offers information and support including counselling, bereavement counselling, one to one support, group yoga, gentle exercise classes, courses, and healthy eating advice. It also provides access to complementary therapy, and referral to specialist welfare benefits and money advice. Support can be given face to face, online, or by phone.
