For many people living with cancer or supporting someone else who is, finding a welcoming room, a circle of friendly faces and a cup of tea can be a real source of comfort. Traditional support groups offer a safe space to talk, listen and connect, and they continue to make a real difference. However, cancer support can take many forms, and you might be surprised by some of the more unexpected groups and activities out there.

Across the UK, there are so many services offering something a little different. From dance sessions that help you get moving and have some fun, to forest wellbeing activities, gardening clubs, and creative groups that connect you with others while learning a new skill.
