Chat Together – A New Digital Support Group for Bowel Cancer Patients | Your Cancer Services

21 January 2021 — david-allen

The latest initiative from Bowel Cancer UK, Chat Together is a free online support group for people living with and beyond bowel cancer. Creating a safe, supportive and informational environment, the group is a welcoming place to talk to others living with bowel cancer and to meet new people and share your experiences.

During this time of isolation, the charity is providing people with a chance to get together virtually and support one another from the comfort of your own homes. All you need is a smartphone, tablet or computer with an internet connection.

100% of patients found the services help.

100% felt better connected following their chat group.

88% of patients could cope better after the chats.
