Farming Community Network (FCN) - charity supporting farmers and farming families
Charity supporting farmers and farming families during difficult times. It works in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of cancer in rural communities, and to help people access Macmillan's services. Homelessness Palliative Care Network - Monthly Online Group
Free, UK wide network for anyone with an interest in palliative care for people experiencing homelessness. The group meets online, the second Tuesday of each month from 2-3pm monthly. Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity – support for construction workers and their families
Charity offering mental, financial and emotional wellbeing support as well as a helping hand to those in the construction community and their loved ones. It has a free, confidential helpline and an app that gives information and advice on a range of wellbeing topics including stress, anxiety, depression and more. Lymphoedema Support Network - National Support Groups
Charity signposting people living with lymphoedema to their local support group. These are run independently from the charity itself. Groups provide information, education and mutual support for people with lymphoedema, their families and carers. Charity for people living with lymphoedema. It offers information and promotes supported self-management. Membership is available for £20 per year (free for children) and gives access to an app and information newsletter, fact sheets and a website to help promote self-management. National online support group for working age men recently diagnosed with prostate cancer. The group offers a space to meet others with shared experiences and access support and information. NHS BME Network
Independent network giving Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) people a voice, access to better and more appropriate healthcare and an opportunity to bring about change in the NHS. It challenges the institutional racism which still exists in the NHS. Membership of the network is open to all BME people via an online membership form.
Pseudomyxoma Survivor - support network for those affected by pseudomyxoma peritonei, appendix cancers and rare peritoneal malignancies
Charity for people living with cancer of the appendix and pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP), run by those affected by these conditions. It raises awareness, funds research and offers counselling, physiotherapy and other wellbeing courses. The Black, African and Asian Therapy Network - Independent organisation to help find psychological help
Social enterprise connecting people who identify as Black, African, South Asian and Caribbean with professional mental health support. It has an online directory of qualified counsellors and psychotherapists whose qualifications have been verified by the organisation, but carry out your own checks if using it to find a therapist. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some therapies may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments. See website for more information.
